dūrō — to endure

dūrō

Plans built from your data, not a template.

§ 01 — The premise

A plan is only as good as the threshold it is built on.

Most training software guesses your zones from a formula. Duro starts from a lactate step test — the point where your body stops clearing what it produces — and builds every session from that curve. When the curve moves, the plan moves with it.

§ 02 — One plan. Two realities.
Coach

Build from the curve, adjust from the load.

Enter the step test, set the zones, drop sessions on the calendar. Fatigue and freshness are computed for every athlete, every day — you only look at the ones that drift.
